The Referral Fee is $500.00.
Referrals must be registered in writing through Trico’s website.
Referrals may be in the form of an individual or special purpose entity.
Referrals may not be existing Trico tenants, employees, and/or affiliates.
Payments of referral fees are subject to the finalization of an executed lease with a minimum term of one year.
All fees will be paid upon execution of a lease.
There is no limit to the number of referral fees collected by any referrer.
Trico reserves the right to withdraw this offer without notice.
